Refund Policy

As a policy we do not accept any returns until and unless the order you have received is in physically damaged or defective condition or incorrect order being deliver to you.

Tampered parcel/s

If you notice that parcel is tampered before delivery, take the photograph/s and refuse to accept the delivery. Email us the invoice order no, date, time, transaction details and photograph/s at [email protected]  with a Subject – ‘Parcel Tampered’. We request you to complete the process   within 24 hours of the parcel being refused and call our support team for acceptance procedure.

Damaged product/s

If you notice that the product received is damaged after opening the parcel, please take the photograph/s. Email us the invoice order no, date, time, transaction details and photograph/s at [email protected]  with a Subject ‘Damage Product’. We request you to complete the process   within 24 hours of the parcel being accepted and call our support team for acceptance procedure.

Incorrect order/s being delivered

In the event of an incorrect order being delivered, please take the photograph/s of the product along with its packaging and send it to us at [email protected] with a Subject ‘Incorrect Order’. We request you to complete the process within 24 hours of the parcel being received and call our support team for acceptance procedure.

Exchange

Any purchase made in a store can be exchanged at the store and a request for exchange cannot be made online.  Product/s in damage condition will not be accepted. Product/s bought online will not be exchanged at the store (offline). We request you to call our support team for acceptance procedure prior to your visit to our store.

Acceptance Process of return order/s

We request you to return product/s with all its original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, informative tag/ manual, inserts, and all other items originally included with the product/s at the time of delivery. Your return will not be accepted or considered for exchange if we don’t find the above requisites.

On acceptance of your return request, you will get a call from our team to explain the procedure of return in next 4 working days.

Since product/s that we manufacture are purely handcrafted and unique in nature, we will arrange a similar product as replacement.

Refunds

We do not have refund policy. But if you cancel your order before the acceptance, we request you to call our support team and inform them. Please remember the process may take its necessary time to refund you.

Any request for exchange made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered. Upon examination at our end, if we find a genuine defect in the product, we would be happy to consider your request and replace it with a fresh piece. Under certain cercumstances, if we are unable to provide you with a replacement against your orderrd product, we will notify you and thereafter will process your refund.
