A designer and an educator with over 45 years of work experience in ceramics, Vanmala’s expertise in studio pottery and manufacturing allows her to mentor institutions, strategy-making government agencies, NGOs, and Design Schools of India.
Pottery workshops were designed to innovate, ideate and conceive products for production using their techniques.
And the products had to meet global market demand. Collaboration between multiple partners in various locations proved very productive.

to help them and meet the demand of the urban market.
Design development workshops were conducted in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
NGO worked with clusters in the crafts of Dari weaving hand embroidery, jari zardozi, and cold ceramics.
